Program Overview

More than a running program — a vehicle for lasting change.

CLR SZN (Clear Season) is a youth wellness and substance prevention program that uses progressive run training — from 5Ks to 10Ks, half marathons, and marathons — as a vehicle to build clarity, discipline, and direction. Through structured movement, mindful sessions, and intentional practices, participants learn how to stay consistent, push through discomfort, and finish what they start.

Each phase builds on the last, strengthening both endurance and self-belief. It's not just about running — it's about developing a mindset they can carry into everyday life.

“What starts as a running program goes much deeper than the physical — it quietly builds mental resilience, emotional awareness, and self-discipline.”

The Process

How It Works

Four intentional phases designed to build endurance, discipline, and a mindset that lasts well beyond the final mile.

01
Phase 01

Build the Foundation

It all starts with showing up. Participants begin by committing to the process — learning to trust the work before they can see the results. This phase is about building a routine, developing consistency, and creating a baseline of mental and physical readiness. They learn that growth doesn't happen overnight — it happens through presence.

02
Phase 02

Develop Discipline

Once the foundation is set, participants begin to build real habits. Through structured movement and guided reflection sessions, discipline becomes the tool that keeps them moving forward — even when motivation fades. They start to see that showing up on hard days matters more than showing up on easy ones.

03
Phase 03

Push Through Challenges

This is where the real growth happens. Participants face distances and situations that push them beyond their comfort zone. They learn to sit with discomfort, push through doubt, and keep going when everything in them wants to stop. The track becomes a mirror — showing them what they're truly capable of.

04
Phase 04

Complete the Experience

Crossing the finish line is about more than the miles. It's about proving to themselves that they can start something hard and see it through. Participants walk away with a new understanding of who they are — more disciplined, more confident, and carrying a mindset that extends far beyond the program.

The process doesn't just build endurance — it builds the kind of person who doesn't quit.
Program Structure

Structured for real growth.

Each session is intentionally designed to challenge participants mentally, physically, and emotionally.

6–10

Each Session Includes

01

Movement

Structured runs and physical training that build endurance and mental toughness.

The Journey

From First Steps to the Finish Line

Each phase builds on the last, strengthening both endurance and self-belief. The progression isn't just physical — it's a mirror for every challenge they'll face in life.

01

5K

The First Milestone

Learning to show up, commit to the process, and trust that consistency is the foundation for everything that comes after.

02

10K

Building Endurance

Developing the mental and physical consistency to keep going when it gets harder — and discovering they can.

03

Half

13.1 mi

Testing Resolve

Pushing past what they thought was possible. This is where self-belief shifts from hope to evidence.

04

Marathon

26.2 mi

The Full Journey

Finishing what they started — and carrying the discipline, confidence, and resilience forward into every area of life.

“Each phase builds on the last, strengthening both endurance and self-belief.”

The Impact

What Participants Walk Away With

01

Confidence & Self-Belief

Participants stop doubting themselves and start believing in what they're capable of — not because someone told them to, but because they proved it to themselves on the track and in the classroom.

02

Discipline & Consistency

They build the habits and follow-through to show up even when it's hard — and discover that discipline is the bridge between wanting something and actually achieving it.

03

Emotional Awareness

They learn to understand their feelings, process them in healthy ways, and respond with intention instead of reacting out of impulse or shutting down.

04

Stronger Decision-Making

They develop the clarity to choose what actually serves them — making decisions rooted in self-awareness and direction, not peer pressure or impulse.

05

Ability to Push Through Challenges

They discover that discomfort is something they can move through, not run from. Every hard mile teaches them that the struggle isn't the end — it's the path to becoming someone stronger.
