Build the Foundation
Start with consistency — showing up, committing to the process, and learning to trust the work before you see the results.
Every program we build starts with the same belief — that youth don't need to be fixed, they need to be equipped. Movement is our method. Clarity is our goal. And every step of the process is intentional.

Our Belief
“We create structured experiences that challenge young people mentally, physically, and emotionally.”

CLR SZN (Clear Season) is a youth wellness and substance prevention program that uses progressive run training — from 5Ks to 10Ks, half marathons, and marathons — as a vehicle to build clarity, discipline, and direction. Through structured movement, mindful sessions, and intentional practices, participants learn how to stay consistent, push through discomfort, and finish what they start.
“It's not just about running — it's about developing a mindset they can carry into everyday life.”
Four intentional phases designed to build endurance, discipline, and a mindset that lasts.
Start with consistency — showing up, committing to the process, and learning to trust the work before you see the results.
Build habits through structured movement and reflection. Discipline becomes the tool that keeps them moving forward.
Learn to face discomfort and keep going. Real growth happens in the moments when they want to quit but choose not to.
Finish what you start and carry the mindset forward. The finish line is just the beginning of what comes next.
The process doesn't just build endurance — it builds the kind of person who doesn't quit.
Each phase builds on the last, strengthening both endurance and self-belief.

Believing in themselves and what they can achieve — not because someone told them to, but because they proved it.
Building consistency that carries beyond the program and into everyday life.
Understanding and processing what they feel instead of reacting or shutting down.
Choosing with clarity and intention, not impulse. The kind of thinking that shapes the direction of a life.
